At Repose Healthcare, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a self-collect sample kit at any time before your sample is returned to our laboratory for testing.
Due to the sensitive nature of our sample collection kits, returns are not permitted once the kit has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 2:30 PM are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM are dispatched within 24 hours.
If you cancel your order after the kit has been dispatched, you will be charged for the test kit, VAT and postage costs incurred at the time of order.
In this situation, only the laboratory testing cost will be refunded.
Once your sample has been returned to the laboratory, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

2. Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns of sample collection kits once they have been dispatched.

Damaged or Incomplete Kits

If your kit arrives:

Damaged
Missing components
Incomplete

please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your kit so that we can arrange a replacement.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to the laboratory testing cost when an order is cancelled after dispatch but before the sample is returned to the laboratory.
No refunds will be issued once the sample has been received by the laboratory and processing has begun.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
